Job Title Experienced Eyelet Toolmaker

Job description:

We are seeking and experienced eyelet toolmaker to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, manufacturing, maintaining and repairing US BAIRD and WATERBURY FARRELL tooling to support high-quality production standards.

Key responsibilities:

Manufacture and assemble US BAIRD and WATERBURYFARRELL tooling according to specifications

Repair, maintain, and modify existing to ensure optimal performance

Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

Work with precision machining equipment (lathe, milling, grinding etc.).

Ensure tools meet quality, exacting sizes and production requirements

Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve tooling efficiency

Requirements:

5+ years tooling up US BAIRD or WATERBURY FARRELL machines

Proven experience as a US BAIRD or WATERBURY FARRELL Toolmaker

Strong knowledge of tooling materials, tolerances and machining processes

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

High attention to details and craftmanship

Problem -solving skills and a commitment to quality
