Do you have any safety sensitive boots (ie. steel toed, composite)? *YesNoIf you do not have safety sensitive boots, it does not mean that we won’t be able to place you somewhere, but it does help us make proper inquiries, and ultimately potentially place you in the best position.

Do you have transportation? *YesNoYou do not necessarily need to own your own vehicle to answer Yes – you simply need to consistently be able to get to a workplace on your own, albeit carpooling, being dropped off, taking the bus, etc.

Are you willing to drive or travel 40-50 miles to work? *YesNoDepending on your other answers, where you live, the demand and the time of year, traveling 40-50 miles may be required to get to your new workplace.

Would you be willing to drive others to work? *YesNoThis question assumes that you are primarily responsible for your own transportation and have the ability to get to your new workplace unassisted. Being able to drive others is not required, but it may help us to place several candidates at once, and in a shorter time.

Are you willing to carpool with others? *YesNoSimilar to the above question, this information helps us to address multiple employment opportunities at once.

Are you bilingual? *YesNoBilingual candidates often speak English and Spanish, but don't let that discourage you if you speak another language. When we reach out to you, you can share that about yourself and it will be used in your potential placement.
